Thank you for choosing our store! We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 For orders under $50, a flat rate of $10 will be applied within Ontario and $20 flat rate for nation wide. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for delivery If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our product, we currently do not offer exchange and return. Please note that all pre-orders are not eligible for a refund as we import items as per the final amount of pre-orders. For in-stock items, you may reach out to us by email with your order number for cancellation before the item has been processed for shipping.
